SummerSchool is a 5-week vibrant teaching and meeting place in Brussels for all dance enthusiasts. SummerSchool offers classes, workshops and Rosas repertoire for amateurs, students and professional dancers from 16 years old. Over the course of five weeks, P.A.R.T.S. opens its doors to create an encounter between teachers, choreographers and dancers, exchanging knowledge and experience. The programme consists of a body studies class (Yoga, Pilates or Body Work), a technique class (contemporary or ballet), Rosas repertoire or a workshop.

SummerSchool 2026 will run from July 6 to August 7.
The programme will be announced at the end of March.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

SummerSchool is open for amateurs, students and professional dancers from 16 years.

PRACTICAL

We offer different programmes per week: an elementary programme, an intermediate programme and two advanced programmes. The programmes are specially conceived for each level and all classes are taught in English. You can also enjoy a freshly prepared macrobiotic meal in our kitchen each day.

LEVELS

Absolute Beginners
The Absolute Beginners level is designed for anyone interested in contemporary dance, especially those with little to no prior experience. It offers a welcoming introduction to the fundamentals of movement and contemporary dance.

Elementary
The Elementary level is suited for dance enthusiasts who have taken occasional classes or workshops but do not train regularly. This program allows participants to explore the basics of contemporary dance at a comfortable pace.

Intermediate
The Intermediate level is designed for dancers who are currently engaged in regular amateur training, or have a strong background in dance. Participants should be comfortable following an open class, confident in understanding technical terms and be able to learn material at a faster pace.

Advanced
The Advanced level is for dancers who train intensively (more than ten hours per week), and have a strong technical foundation. This level is suited to dancers who have experience with (semi-)professional dance companies or are currently enrolled in full-time conservatoires or higher education institutions.
